摘  要:为了提供降低介耗参考方法,从经济效益角度论证了降低介耗的必要性,并从管理和技术方面探讨了降低介耗的方法。从经济效益角度看,介质对煤质灰分影响较大,降低介耗可增加经济效益;检修管理到位,保证设备正常运行、设备保护不误动,可降低介质消耗;最大化回收合格悬浮液、最大化截留介质、最大化回收介质是降低介耗的主要技术手段,最大化回收合格介质可降低产品带介、减少磁选机入料量,最大化截留介质可降低产品带介,最大化回收介质,降低磁选机介质尾矿流失。In order to provide some method reference for further reducing medium consumption,the necessity of reducing medium consumption from the perspective of economic benefits was demonstrated,the methods of reducing medium consumption from the aspects of management and technology were discussed.It is discussed from three aspects:from the perspective of economic benefits,the medium has a great impact on coal ash,and reducing medium consumption can increase economic benefits;The maintenance management is in place to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the protection of the equipment from misoperation,which can reduce the medium consumption;Maximizing the recovery of qualified suspension,intercepting medium and recovering medium are the main technical means to reduce medium consumption.Maximizing the recovery of qualified medium can reduce the product medium and reduce the feeding amount of magnetic separator.Maximizing the intercepting medium can reduce the product medium and maximize the recovery medium to reduce the tailings loss of magnetic separator medium.
