国家金融视角下现代金融体系理论的衍化和创新——基于“六要素论”体系的新思考

摘　　要：从国家金融视角研究现代金融体系理论的衍化和创新问题,首先强调现代金融体系理论源于当前国家经济金融实践快速发展的需求;其次,对现代金融体系理论在传统金融体系基础上的创新进行剖析,并重点分析其六要素子体系即金融市场要素体系、金融市场组织体系、金融市场法制体系、金融市场监管体系、金融市场环境体系和金融基础设施体系之间的逻辑关系,构建现代金融体系分析思路框架;最后实践检验现代金融体系分析思路框架,以更好地理解在国家金融视角下构建现代金融体系“六要素论”所展现出来的特征和优势。This study examines the issues on the derivation and innovation of modern financial system theories from the perspective of national finance.Modern financial system theories originating from China’s need for economic and financial practices to develop rapidly is emphasized first.Second,the innovations of modern financial system theories,which are fostered based on traditional financial systems,are analyzed,while focusing on the analysis of the logical relationship between the six sub-systems of elements,namely the financial market element,financial market organization,financial market legal,financial market regulatory,financial market environmental,and financial infrastructure systems.This enables us to build a conceptual framework for the analysis of the modern financial system.Finally,a practical test for the analytical and conceptual framework is conducted to understand of the characteristics and advantages displayed by the construction of the“six elements theory”of the modern financial system better from the perspective of national finance.
