摘  要:中子衍射的锂离子二次电池的结构分析和原位分析方法是一种较为新型的研究方法.由于中子与原子核相互作用,其可以解析样品的整体结构同时可以分析少量微相.另外,中子具有很高的穿透力,可以在无损状态下进行原位分析.此外,中子射线照片也可以用来观察系统中是否存在液体或气体.因此,使用中子衍射来分析锂离子二次电池的劣化反应、次要相以及在实际电池运行过程中出现的问题是非常合适的方法.This article summarized the structural analysis method and in-situ analysis method of the lithium ion secondary battery by using diffracted by neutron.Due to the interaction between neutron and nucleus,it can analyze the overall structure of the sample and can analyze a small amount of micro-phase at the same time.In addition,the neutron has a high penetration power and can be analyzed in situ in place in a non-destructive state.In addition,neutron ray photos can also be used to observe whether there is liquid or gas in the system.Therefore,the use of neutron diffraction to analyze the deterioration reaction,secondary phase of lithium ion secondary battery,and the problems that occur during the actual battery operation are very suitable methods.
