摘　　要：养老诈骗案件是一类专门针对老年人的侵财型案件,主要有社保类养老诈骗案件、冒充类养老诈骗案件、投资类养老诈骗案件与服务类养老诈骗案件等形式。在养老诈骗案件发生、发展过程中,通常会存在常规类侦查要素与科技类侦查要素。养老诈骗案件的侦查方法有常规侦查方法与科技侦查方法,侦查中应当针对养老诈骗案件的具体情况,将常规侦查方法与科技侦查方法有机结合起来,实现侦查效果的最大化。Pension fraud cases are financial abuse cases specifically aimed at the elderly, mainly including social security fraud, masquerading fraud, investment fraud and service fraud. In the occurrence and process of pension fraud cases, there are usually conventional investigation elements and scientific investigation elements.The investigation methods of these cases include conventional investigation methods and scientific-technological investigation methods. In the investigation, conventional investigation methods and scientific and technological investigation methods should be organically combined according to the specific situations of fraud cases,so as to maximize the investigation effect.
