摘　　要：外警培训是服务国家外交、对外展现“平安中国”建设成果和人民警察形象的一项重要举措。根据当前国际形势新发展新变化,外警培训工作也面临着诸多挑战,在外警培训中要进一步把握“内外有别”,做好外警培训中的保密和反情报工作,以确保国家秘密不被敌对势力窃取、炒作和利用。Foreign police training is an important measure to serve national diplomacy and show the achievements of“Safe China”construction and the image of the people’s police. In light of the new developments and changes in the current international situation, the training of foreign police is also faced with many challenges.In the training of foreign police, we should further grasp the“distinction between internal and international”,and improve the confidentiality and counter-intelligence work in the training of foreign police, so as to ensure that national secrets will not be stolen, hyped and exploited by hostile forces.
