乡村振兴背景下农业生产性收入与支出对农民增收影响研究——基于陕西省农业数据的分析

摘　　要：提高农民收入,不仅是解决“三农”问题的有效途径,而且是实施乡村振兴战略的重要路径。农业生产性收入和农业生产资料支出是影响我国农民收入的重要因素。本文以陕西省为研究对象,分析2012-2021年共10年间农民收入与支出结构数据,采用熵权的TOPSIS评价方法,实证研究乡村振兴背景下农业生产性收入与农业生产资料支出对农民增收的影响。研究结果表明:10年间农业收入对农民总收入贡献度较大,农业收入与农业生产资料支出均是农民总收入和总支出中重要的一部分,对农民增收有着重要的影响。基于研究结论,从以下三方面提出促进农民增收的路径:将农产品加工企业引进农村,大力推进农产品深加工企业发展;采取有效措施稳定农资价格;因地制宜,多元化发展,打造“一县一品”产业。Increasing farmers’income is not only an effective way to solve the problems of agriculture,countryside and farmers,but also to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.Important path.Agricultural productive income and expenditure on agricultural means of production are important factors affecting farmers’income in China.In this paper,Shaanxi Province.Taking farmers’income and expenditure structure data from 2012 to 2021 as the research object,the TOPSIS evaluation method of entropy weight is adopted.Empirical study on the impact of agricultural productive income and agricultural means of production expenditure on farmers’income under the background of rural revitalization.The results show that:during 10 year,agricultural income contributed a lot to the total income of farmers,and agricultural income and expenditure on agricultural means of production were the most important ones.An important part has an important impact on farmers’income.Based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the ways to increase farmers’income from the following three aspects:Agricultural products processing enterprises introduce rural areas and vigorously promote the development of agricultural products deep processing enterprises;Take effective measures to stabilize the price of agricultural materials;Local system.Appropriate,diversified development,to create a“one county,one product”industry.
