知识产权保护与产品贸易竞争力关系研究——基于行业数据对不同技术含量出口产品竞争力差异化分析

摘　　要：加强对知识产权保护与出口产品竞争力之间关系的研究,对于完善我国知识产权保护措施和提升我国出口产品竞争力具有重要意义。本文基于2004-2020年我国行业数据,探讨我国知识产权保护对不同技术含量出口产品贸易竞争力的差异化影响。研究结果显示:提高知识产权保护水平有利于增强研发投入对低技术产品贸易竞争力的促进作用,这也意味着通过加强低技术密集型产业的知识产权保护在一定程度上有利于企业提高研发投入;知识产权保护对高技术密集型行业产品的贸易竞争力存在正向影响。基于分析结果,建议建立和完善知识产权保护制度、提高企业创新的积极性、针对不同产业完善知识产权制度等。Strengthening the research on the relationship between intellectual property protection and export product competitiveness is of great significance for perfecting our intellectual property protection measures and promoting export product competitiveness.Based on Chinese industry data from 2004 to 2020,this paper discusses the differentiated impact of Chinese intellectual property protection on the trade competitiveness of export products with different technology content.The results show that improving the level of intellectual property protection is conducive to enhancing the promotion effect of R&D investment on the trade competitiveness of low-technology products,which also means that strengthening the protection of intellectual property of low-technology intensive industries is conducive to increasing R&D investment of enterprises to a certain extent.The protection of intellectual property rights has a positive impact on the trade competitiveness of high-tech intensive industry products.Based on the analysis results,suggestions are put forward to establish and improve the intellectual property protection system,improve the initiative of enterprises to innovate,and improve the intellectual property system for different industries.
