摘　　要：发展服务型制造有利于摆脱需求不足困境,提升产业链供应链韧性,助力中小制造企业跨越生存陷阱,并能够激发新一轮双创浪潮,推动外贸保稳提质,对当前稳定经济基本盘具有重要的现实意义和战略价值。在稳经济过程中企业的服务型制造实践已显示出良好效应。全面贯彻落实党中央国务院关于做好当前经济工作的要求,需要加快推进服务型制造高质量发展。具体措施包括,将服务型制造作为企业摆脱困境的优先选择之一,为挖掘新市场激发新需求创造新的应用场景,依托数字技术构建繁荣有序的产业生态系统,着力激发中小制造企业活力,加大与产业融合相关的基础设施建设,为产业转型及经济长期繁荣夯实理论基础。The development of service-oriented manufacturing is conducive to getting rid of the dilemma of insufficient demand, improving the resilience of the supply chain of the industrial chain, and helping small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises to overcome the survival trap. This can stimulate a new wave of innovation and innovation, promote the stability and quality of foreign trade, and has important practical significance and strategic value for the current stable economic fundamentals. It has important practical significance and strategic value for stabilizing the basic economic disk at present. In the process of stabilizing economy, the practice of service-oriented manufacturing has shown good effect. To fully implement the requirements of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on the current economic work, we need to accelerate the high-quality development of service-oriented manufacturing. Specific measures include, taking service-oriented manufacturing as one of the priority options for companies to get out of trouble;exploring new markets to stimulate new demands and creating new application scenarios;relying on digital technology to build a prosperous and orderly industrial ecosystem, and focus on stimulating the vitality of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises;infrastructure construction related to industrial integration has laid a solid theoretical foundation for industrial transformation and long-term economic prosperity.
