摘 要:传统的故障诊断系统容易受内部运动部件惯性力的影响,无法准确判断故障原因,为此,提出高频冲击信号下击穿柴油机敲缸故障诊断系统设计。系统硬件由振动传感器、信号调理器、数据采集卡这3个硬件结构组成,主要负责采集和处理振动信号;系统软件是在LabVIEW开发平台完成的,主要负责测试待读取采样和电压信号。软、硬件结合完成高频冲击信号下击穿柴油机敲缸故障诊断系统的设计。实验分别测试2个系统测量A1缸的振动信号,在根据获取的一系列参数进行计算误差分析,实验结果表明,所建系统在采集精度上明显高于传统的故障诊断系统,能够准确判断击穿柴油机敲缸的故障原因。Traditional fault diagnosis system is easy to be affected by inertia force of internal moving parts,and can not accurately determine the cause of failure.Therefore,a fault diagnosis system for diesel engine knock-down under high frequency impulse signal is proposed.The hardware of the system is composed of vibration sensor,signal conditioner and data acquisition card.It is mainly responsible for collecting and processing vibration signals.The software of the system is completed on Labview development platform and is mainly responsible for testing the sample and voltage signals to be read.Software and hardware are combined to complete the design of fault diagnosis system for diesel engine cylinder knock-down under high frequency impulse signal.Two systems were tested to measure the vibration signals of A1 cylinder,and the calculation error was analyzed according to a series of parameters obtained.The experimental results show that the acquisition accuracy of the system is significantly higher than that of the traditional fault diagnosis system,which can accurately determine the cause of breakdown of diesel engine cylinder.
