摘 要:对昆明某砖混结构倾斜原因进行分析;为了不影响距房屋约5m处地铁隧道产生不利影响,采用钻孔出土后放置钢管并灌浆的钢管桩加固基础;为了防止顶升纠偏过程上部结构裂缝加剧及产生二次损伤,纠偏前先加固上部结构;针对施工面狭窄以及工期紧张,采取双槽钢梁夹墙对结构进行托换,高精度的PLC同步顶升控制系统控制千斤顶进行整体顶升纠偏。对双槽钢梁夹墙托换进行有限元数值分析、整体纠偏进行有限元模拟分析,通过分析结果表明,双槽钢梁托换及顶升方案是安全可靠的。In this paper,the cause of the tilting of a brick-concrete structure in Kunming was analyzed.In order not to adversely affect the subway tunnel about 5m away from the structure,steel pipe piles were used to reinforce the foundation by placing steel pipes and grouting after excavating boreholes here.The upper structure should be reinforced before tilt correction,so as to prevent the aggravation of cracks and secondary damage during the jacking correction process.In view of the narrow construction surface and the tight construction period of the project,double-channel steel beams were used to clamp the wall and to support the structure,and the high-precision PLC synchronous jacking control system was used to control the jack for the overall jacking correction process.The finite element numerical(FEM)analysis was carried out for the double-channel steel beam clamping wall underpinning and the overall tilting correction,which showed that both the double-channel steel beam underpinning and jacking scheme were safe and reliable.
