摘 要:水胶比、粉煤灰掺量和泡沫掺量是影响陶粒泡沫混凝土力学性能和物理性能的三个重要参数。研究三个参数对抗压强度和干密度的影响,提出性能优化后的配合比及制备方法,基于干缩试验分析了注浆法陶粒泡沫混凝土在干燥环境中的体积变化。研究结果表明:水胶比或泡沫掺量的增大会降低注浆陶粒泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和比强度;粉煤灰掺量的增加则会提高混凝土28d抗压强度和比强度,而降低3d抗压强度和比强度;试验得到注浆陶粒泡沫混凝土的最优水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、泡沫掺量分别为:0.55、20%、50%,该配比下的混凝土试件工作性能良好且干燥收缩值较低。The water-cement ratio,fly ash content and foam content are three important parameters that affect the mechanical and physical properties of ceramic granule foam concrete.The effects of these three parameters on compressive strength and dry density of ceramic granule foam concrete was studied.A performance-optimized mix ratio and preparation method was proposed.Based on dry shrinkage tests,the volume change of grouting method ceramic granule foam concrete in a dry environment was analyzed.The results show that an increase in the water-cement ratio or foam content will decrease the compressive strength and specific strength of grouting ceramic granule foam concrete.An increase in fly ash content will increase the 28-day compressive strength and specific strength of concrete,while decreasing the 3-day compressive strength and specific strength.The optimal water-cement ratio,fly ash content,and foam content for grouting ceramic granule foam concrete are found to be 0.55,20%,and 50%,respectively.Concrete specimens with this mix ratio exhibit good performance and low dry shrinkage.
