摘  要:通过卧式马蹄形初期支护结构足尺试验,从设计方案、制作方式、监测方案、加载方案以及试验结果等方面做了详细的介绍,且对关键技术进行了阐述,研究结果表明:1)通过曲率木模板、特殊“H形”支撑结构及层层叠加喷射混凝土等方式解决了结构模型曲率多、钢架分层难、喷混密实差等制作问题;2)通过详细地介绍侧模安装、混凝土喷射及养护拆模等关键步序、拼装方式等内容,为相关初期支护支护结构足尺试验提供思路及要点;3)初期支护结构变形呈现拱顶和拱底上下两侧均向内挤压,拱腰部位向外凸的趋势,结构破坏时,拱底变形达72.9mm,右拱腰变形达100.5mm;4)结构总体径向变形关于180°中性轴对称,数值受结构的非线性、喷射混凝土施工的不均匀性以及试验外部条件等影响存在一定的差异。Through the full-scale test of the horizontal horseshoe-shaped initial support structure, the design scheme,production method, monitoring scheme, loading scheme and test results are introduced in detail. The key technologies are expounded, and the research results show that: 1) Through curved wood formwork, special "H-shaped" support structure and layered sprayed concrete, etc. These methods solve the manufacturing problems such as the large curvature of the structural model, the difficulty of layering the steel frame, and the poor spray-mixing density;2) By introducing in detail the key steps such as side form installation, concrete spraying, maintenance form removal and assembly method, it provides ideas and key points for the full-scale test of relevant initial support structures;3) The deformation of the initial support structure shows a tendency that the upper and lower sides of the vault and the vault are extruded inward, and the arch waist part is convex outward. When the structure is damaged, the deformation of the vault bottom reaches 72.9mm,and the deformation of the right vault waist reaches 100.5mm;4) The overall radial deformation of the structure is symmetrical about the 180° neutral axis, and the numerical value is affected by the nonlinearity of the structure, the non-uniformity of shotcrete construction, and the external conditions of the test.
