摘 要:依据《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB50007-2011)中规定,当基础宽度大于3m或埋置深度大于0.5m时,从浅层平板载荷试验确定的地基承载力特征值,尚应进行修正。简要阐述了对地基承载力宽度和埋置深度修正的应用意义。结合某实际工程,分析了高层建筑与地下车库一体设计时,考虑地下水浮力、场地填土、车库超载等不同条件下地基承载力修正的正确方法;分析了在高层建筑与地下车库一体设计中,进行施工阶段承载力验算的必要性及方法,提出保证施工阶段承载力安全的要求。对高层主楼及车库的沉降进行分析计算,通过相应的施工措施解决沉降差引起的不利影响。通过综合分析,指出了在非软弱土场地,高层建筑与地下车库一体设计时,采用天然地基的设计可行性及重要意义,为类似工程提供借鉴。According to GB50007-2011 “Code for design of building foundations”, when the width of the foundation is greater than 3m or the embedded depth is greater than 0.5m, the characteristic value of the foundation bearing capacity determined from the shallow slab load test should be corrected. The application significance of the correction of the bearing capacity width and the embedded depth of the foundation is briefly expounded. Combining with an actual project,this paper analyzes the correct method of foundation bearing capacity correction under different conditions, such as groundwater buoyancy, site filling, and garage overload when the integrated design of high-rise building and underground garage is analyzed. The necessity and method of carrying out the checking calculation of the bearing capacity in the construction stage are put forward, and the requirements for ensuring the safety of the bearing capacity in the construction stage are put forward. Analyze and calculate the settlement of the high-rise main building and garage, and solve the adverse effects caused by the settlement difference through corresponding construction measures. Through comprehensive analysis, it points out the feasibility and significance of using natural foundation in the design of high-rise buildings and underground garages in non-soft soil sites, and provides reference for similar projects.
