摘 要:沂源县人民医院新院门诊医技楼为有1层地下室的多层结构,采用压缩模量为8.5MPa的均匀粉质黏土地基为持力层,筏板基础。由于坡状地基、高低层差异、天然与人工地基混合承重等影响不均匀沉降的多因素影响,单纯的YJK软件分析结果不能直接使用,不均匀沉降风险不易识别,措施不当将带来安全隐患。采用概念分析与计算分析相结合的方法逐一考察各因素,并进行综合分析,综合采用合理确定施工次序及施工间隔、沉降后浇带等措施可将基础的不均匀沉降控制在安全允许范围内,分析表明:坡状地基沉降应计及地基回弹再压缩变形;高低层差异可通过筏板刚度及后浇带设置得到控制,对沉降不产生突出的影响;天然地基与人工地基的混合承重需要考虑其施工起始的荷载变化过程;建筑一侧相邻的高填方会引起建筑明显的附加沉降。The outpatient medical technology building in the New Yiyuan People’s Hospital, the 3 Floor outpatient building with 1 floor basement is supported by the uniform silt clay subgrade whose compression modulus is 8.5MPa and raft foundation. Because of slope foundation, the difference of high low story, the mixed ground of natural ground and artificial ground, the adjacent high fill, etc. Simple YJK software analysis results cannot be used directly. Uneven settlement risk should not be identified. Improper measures will bring potential safety hazards. In this paper, the concept analysis and calculation analysis are combined to investigate each factor one by one, and a comprehensive analysis is carried out. The uneven settlement of the foundation can be controlled within the safe allowable range by comprehensively adopting measures such as reasonably determining the construction sequence, construction interval,settlement post pouring belt, etc. Analysis shows that the foundation settlement calculation must consider the swelling and recompression ground deformation. The difference between high and low floors can be controlled by the raft stiffness and the setting of post cast strip, which will not have a prominent impact on the settlement. The natural ground and artificial ground that resist the loads together effect the foundation settlement difference. It is necessary to consider the load change process at the beginning of construction. The adjacent high fill on one side of the building will cause additional settlement of the building.
