摘 要:某典型坡地项目,地下车库一侧全埋,一侧开敞,两侧高差48~62m。结合场地高差的特点,为减少对现状地形的破坏,确保坡地桩基础受力的整体性,基础顶采用了阶梯式箱形承台,并通过有限元分析验证了阶梯式箱形承台与桩基整体受力形式的合理性。对塔楼整体抗倾覆、滑移和基础抗剪的验算,确保坡地基础埋深不足下的结构安全。在保证塔楼结构安全的前提下,主体结构应尽量减少其对边坡稳定的不利影响。关于坡地基础的设计方法可供类似项目参考。In a typical sloping land project, the underground garage is fully buried on one side and exposed on the other side. The elevation difference between the two sides is 48~63m. Combined with the characteristics of the site, to reduce the damage to the existing terrain and ensure the integral force transfer of the pile foundation on the slope, a stepped box-type bearing platform is used for the top of the foundation. The rationality of the force transfer mechanism of the pile foundation is demonstrated by using finite element analysis. Through the review of the integral capacity of anti-overturning and sliding and foundation shear resistance of the tower, the structural safety of the sloping foundation with insufficient burial depth is ensured. On the premise of satisfying the safety of the tower, the main structure should minimize its adverse effects on slope stability. The design method for sloping foundations can be used as a reference for similar projects.
