摘 要:在国家“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标和生态文明建设背景下,环保、低碳的装配式木结构建筑越来越受到学术研究和工程应用的重视,但目前针对装配式木结构的设计方法仍相对欠缺。首先介绍了装配式木结构建筑在减碳、节能等方面,相较于传统砌体结构、混凝土结构、钢结构等具有的优势;随后介绍了装配式木结构设计包括初步设计、施工图设计和深化设计在内的主要设计流程和相关注意事项;分类说明了装配式木结构的结构体系并重点介绍了大跨度木结构体系和工程应用情况;介绍了包括木材、钢材与金属连接件和结构用胶在内的装配式木结构主要材料并重点说明了胶合木的加工工艺流程。关于装配式现代木结构的设计方法讨论可为相关研究工作和工程应用提供参考和借鉴。Under the background of the national goal of "carbon peak" and "carbon neutrality" and the construction of ecological civilization, environmentally friendly and low-carbon prefabricated timber structure buildings have broad research and application prospects, but the design methods for prefabricated timber structures are relatively lacking.Firstly, the advantages of prefabricated timber structure in carbon reduction and energy saving are introduced. Then the main process and precautions of prefabricated timber structure design are introduced;Structural system and engineering application. The main materials of prefabricated timber structure including wood, steel and metal connectors and structural glue are introduced, and the processing process of glulam is emphasized. The discussion on the design method of prefabricated modern timber structure can provide reference and reference for related research work and engineering application.
