摘  要:采用有限元软件对悬挑叠合板在有、无设桁架斜筋的工况下进行非线性受力计算,过程中引入了叠合面粗糙度因素,通过考察叠合板端部挠度对反力的变化、端部相对滑移随反力的变化、破坏形式、受拉损伤形式、中和轴分布、钢筋应力分布等特征,对叠合板的破坏机理和抗弯性能进行了详细分析。结果表明:悬挑叠合板的破坏形式为板支座处混凝土开裂破坏,悬挑板在支座开裂后近似于塑性铰的受力形式,导致板的挠度急剧下降。荷载作用形式、桁架斜筋布置对该板的受力性能和裂缝扩展有一定影响,其中集中荷载相比于均布荷载对板的抗弯和叠合面的抗剪更为不利,布置桁架斜筋和叠合面粗糙对悬挑板的抗弯刚度起有利控制,尤其是在悬挑板支座处开裂破坏后,桁架斜筋作用更为明显,而未设桁架斜筋的板叠合面更容易发生剪切面破坏和分离,在板的中间区域处分离现象最为严重。The finite element software is used to calculate the nonlinear force of the cantilevered laminated slab with and without truss diagonal reinforcement. The roughness factor of the laminated surface is introduced in the process. By investigating the change of the deflection of the end of the laminated plate to the reaction force, the change of the relative slip of the end with the reaction force, the form of failure, the form of tensile damage, the neutral axis distribution, the stress distribution of the steel bar, etc., the failure mechanism of the laminated plate and the bending performance is analyzed in detail. The results show that the failure form of the cantilevered laminated slab under the working conditions of this paper is the cracking of the concrete at the slab support. The cantilevered slab is similar to the force form of the plastic hinge after the support is cracked, resulting in a sharp drop in the deflection of the slab. The load action form and the arrangement of the diagonal truss bars have a certain impact on the mechanical performance and crack propagation of the slab. Concentrated loads are more unfavorable to the bending resistance of the slab and the shear resistance of the superimposed surface than the uniform load. The arrangement of the truss diagonal bars and the roughness of the overlapping surface have a favorable control on the flexural rigidity of the cantilever slab, especially after the cantilever slab support is cracked and damaged, the role of the truss diagonal reinforcement is more obvious, but the truss diagonal reinforcement plate is not installed.The superimposed surface is more prone to shear surface failure and separation, and the separation phenomenon is the most serious in the middle area of the plate.
