摘 要:随着社会经济的发展和绿色环保理念的提升,装配式剪力墙结构在住宅中广泛应用。与此同时,多层新建住宅也在近些年开始加速推行。而针对多层装配式住宅的特点,并结合住宅高质量精细化的设计需求,对装配式结构设计提出更高的要求。结合某多层装配式住宅案例,考虑到装配式结构的标准化和经济性,对大跨楼板的叠合板拆分以及叠合板降板连接节点、底部加强区预制墙接缝承载力计算等问题,进行了精细化设计。对多层装配式剪力墙结构住宅具有一定的借鉴参考价值。With the development of social economy and the promotion of green environmental protection concepts,prefabricated shear wall structures are widely used in residential buildings. At the same time, the implementation of new multi-storey housing has also accelerated in recent years. In view of the characteristics of multi-storey prefabricated houses, combined with the high-quality and refined design requirements of houses, higher requirements are put forward for prefabricated structure design. Combined with a case of a multi-storey prefabricated house, considering the standardization and economy of the prefabricated structure, the splitting of the laminated slab of the large-span floor, the calculation of the connecting nodes of the laminated slab descending slab, and the joint bearing capacity of the prefabricated wall in the bottom reinforcement area were carried out. It has a certain reference value for multi-storey prefabricated shear wall structure houses.
