摘　　要：2022年“两会”在住房领域提出再开工一批具备条件的重大工程、新型基础设施、老旧设施等改建项目。近年来,地震活动频繁,工程抗震尤为重要,加上云南省自身在隔震减震方面的要求,学校、医院、机场等基础设施的建设必然离不开隔震技术,隔震技术在公用房屋建筑和普通住宅方面应用比较突出,对该技术的认识与应用研究的重要性进一步提高。通过资料收集、讲座培训、建筑隔震支座厂家考察研讨、实际接触施工的隔震建筑,对建筑工程隔震技术应用现状、技术原理、施工管理要点、维护进行研究分析,再结合已竣工完成学校项目、建筑隔震相关规范及云南本省的特点对隔震技术的在施工管理过程的应用,做到工程技术人员理论知识与实践操作融合,达到知行合一目的。In 2022, The NPC and CPPCC proposed to start a number of qualified major projects, new infrastructure, old facilities and other reconstruction projects in the housing field. In recent years, frequent seismic activity, engineering earthquake is particularly important, plus itself in isolation damping requirements of yunnan province, the construction of infrastructure such as schools, hospitals, airports must leave the isolation technology, isolation technology in public buildings and residential application stand out, the importance of understanding of the technology and applied research to further improve. Through data collection, lectures, training, building isolation bearing factory inspection discussion,actual contact isolation building construction, the construction engineering application status of shock-isolation technology, the technical principle, through analyzing the key points of construction management, maintenance, and has completed the school project, building isolation related specification and the characteristics of the yunnan province of isolation technology applied in the construction management process, To achieve the integration of engineering and technical personnel’s theoretical knowledge and practical operation, to achieve the purpose of knowledge and action.
