摘 要:济南国惠中心为双塔连体超高层,两主楼结构高度均为198.9m,地上45层,地下4层。主楼基础类型和地库基础类型均采用筏板基础。根据持力层土层性状特点,和塔楼主体平面布置特点,对基础进行了详细的计算和优化设计,并对施工阶段大体积混凝土浇筑进行了要点分析。对类似超高层结构基础设计具有借鉴意义。Jinan Guohui Center is a two-tower conjoined super high-rise building with a structure height of 198.9m, 45floors above ground and 4 floors underground. The main building foundation type and the basement foundation type both use raft foundation. According to the characteristics of the soil layer of the bearing layer and the characteristics of the main layout of the tower, the detailed calculation and optimization design of the foundation are carried out, and the key points of the mass concrete pouring in the construction stage are analyzed. It has reference significance for the basic design of similar super high-rise structures.
