摘 要:对地铁场段库房和咽喉区的结构特点进行了分析,为实现免模免撑、高质高效、降低建造成本的建造要求,提出在地铁场段库房和咽喉区采用无粘结预应力和耗能钢筋混合连接的装配式混凝土框架结构体系以及在地铁场段库房、咽喉区分别采用预制预应力混凝土双T板、预制预应力混凝土空心板为预制底板的叠合楼盖方案。详细介绍了该方案的结构选型、结构连接节点构造和施工方法,并以某地铁场段库房和咽喉区的工程为例,介绍了该方案的结构设计与应用,并将其与采用传统装配整体式混凝土框架结构体系的设计方案进行对比分析,说明了该设计方案具有降低建造成本、提高构件制作与安装效率和减轻结构自重等优势,具有较好的经济性,可为相关工程提供参考。The structural characteristics of the warehouse and throat zone of the subway yard were analyzed.In order to achieve the construction requirements of formwork free and brace free,high quality and efficiency,and construction costs reduced,the precast concrete frame structure system with unbonded prestress and energy dissipation reinforcement is proposed to be used in the warehouse and throat area of the subway yard,and the composite floor scheme with prestressed concrete double-Tee slab and hollow slab as precast bottom slab in the warehouse and throat area is proposed.This paper introduced the structure selection,joint configuration and construction method of the scheme in detail,and took the project of a warehouse and throat area of a subway yard section as an example to introduce the structure design and application of the scheme,and compared it with the design scheme of the traditional monolithic precast concrete frame structure system.The comparison and analysis showed that the new design scheme has the advantages of reducing construction cost,improving the efficiency of component fabrication and installation,and reducing the weight of the structure,which reflected it has good economy.This paper can provide reference for related projects.
