多层装配式框架结构方案比选与经济性研究

摘　　要：随着全国范围内装配式建筑的建设比例不断提升,装配式建筑采用不同结构方案时的性能对比和经济性差异成为开发企业决策的重要考虑因素。以上海市拟建框架结构商业项目的建筑方案为蓝本,按照上海市对装配式建筑的设计要求,分别进行了实施不同预制构件种类组合的两种装配式混凝土结构、装配式钢结构方案的初步设计和计算,并比较了不同方案的优势和不足。通过选取项目中的典型区域,根据初步结构设计结果和材料用量,对不同结构方案的建造成本进行估算和统计,以每平米造价为基准,对比了采用传统现浇方案、两种不同装配式框架结构方案、装配式钢结构方案建造方式的成本差异,并给出了经济性研究的结论和建议,以期为类似项目的方案比选提供参考。With the continuous increase in the application ratio of prefabricated buildings across the country,the performance comparison and economic differences of prefabricated buildings when using different structural schemes have become important considerations for the decision-making of property developers.In this paper,based on the architectural plan of the proposed frame structure commercial project in Shanghai,according to the design requirements of Shanghai for prefabricated buildings,two kinds of prefabricated concrete structures with different types of prefabricated components and the prefabricated steel structure plan are carried out respectively,the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes are compared.By selecting typical areas in the project,according to preliminary structural design results and material consumption,this paper estimates and counts the construction costs of different structural schemes,and compares the cost difference,which is expected to provide a reference for the comparison and selection of similar projects.
