摘 要:城市中相邻建(构)筑物同时建设情况常有出现,设计施工时如不充分考虑建设先后顺序将会影响工程结构的安全性,应及时查明原因及现状,选择适当方法对地基基础进行修复加固。加固设计中遵循以变形控制为主,承载力验算为辅的设计原则。针对某建筑物建设过程中发生倾斜的现象,通过地基检测、土工试验及监测数据的分析,阐述了周边深基坑后开挖导致建筑物地基侧限消失,同时基坑开挖面渗水过程中地基受扰动明显是造成的建筑物整体倾斜的原因,基于变形控制原则并考虑了场地环境条件,提出了增设微型桩与原CFG桩形成长短双桩型复合地基配合建筑物周边注浆封堵的加固措施。Adjacent buildings are often constructed at the same time in urban areas.If the design and construction sequence is not fully considered,the structural safety of the project will be affected,the cause and current situation should be ascertained in time,before determining of appropriate treatment method.Improvement design should follow the principle of focusing on deformation control and supplemented by capacity check.Aiming at the during the construction,the article explained that the surrounding excavation and groundwater seepage resulted in the tilt of building according to the analysis of the stratum of the site and the detection results and monitoring data.Based on the principle of deformation control and environmental conditions,it is proposed to add micro-pile and the original CFG pile to form a long and short double-pile composite foundation to cooperate with the grouting seal around the building as improvement measures.
