置换法加固剪力墙时轴压比限值探讨

摘　　要：置换混凝土加固法是高层剪力墙结构混凝土强度偏低或有严重缺陷时的常用加固方法。在置换过程中进行承载力计算时,可采用计算软件输出的轴压比作为判断指标,对墙肢承载力是否满足规范要求做快速的判断。本文根据《混凝土结构设计规范》对轴心受压构件承载力计算公式及《高层建筑混凝土结构技术规程》对偏心受压墙肢承载力计算公式,通过变换推导出轴压比的计算公式,分析了影响轴压比大小的相关因素及在各参数下轴压比限值。当采用置换混凝土加固法加固高层剪力墙结构进行承载力计算时,可采用文中推导出的轴压比计算公式,计算出剪力墙墙肢的轴压比限值,对比计算软件输出的轴压比结果,可快速判断置换法加固剪力墙结构时墙肢承载力是否满足规范要求,供加固工程中参考。The structure member strengthening with concrete displacement is a commonly used reinforcement method when the concrete strength of tall building shear wall structures is low or has serious defects.When calculating the bearing capacity during the replacement process,the axial compression ratio output by the calculation software can be used as a judgment index to quickly judge whether the bearing capacity of the wall pier meets the requirements of the specification.In this paper,according to the"Code for design of concrete structures"for the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the axial compression members and the"Technical specification for concrete structures of tall buildings"for the calculation formula of the bearing capacity of the eccentrically compressed wall members,the calculation formula of the axial compression ratio is deduced through transformation,and the analysis The relevant factors affecting the axial pressure ratio and the limit of the axial pressure ratio under each parameter are discussed.When the replacement concrete reinforcement method is used to reinforce the high-rise shear wall structure for bearing capacity calculation,the axial compression ratio calculation formula derived in this paper can be used to calculate the axial compression ratio limit value of the shear wall pier,and compare the axial compression ratio output by the calculation software.The results of the compression ratio can quickly judge whether the bearing capacity of the wall piers meets the specification requirements when the shear wall structure is strengthened by the replacement method,which can be used for reference in the strengthening project.
