摘 要:结合实际项目,介绍了砌体结构加固改造中常用的托梁拆墙形式,并对各形式的适用情况和优缺点进行阐述。以某学校宿舍楼改造为办公楼,通过拆除局部承载砖墙以获得大空间为例,对托梁拆墙设计过程进行了梳理总结;利用通用有限元软件sap2000进行有限元建模,采用非线性阶段施工工况对整个托梁施工、墙体拆除的施工过程进行模拟分析,直观展现上部墙体荷载在施工过程中各构件间的转移传递,并对各个施工步骤下的托换构件内力和原墙体的应力进行总结分析,从而总结托梁拆墙设计过程中需要注意的事项和需要着重进行加强部位。通过有限元阶段施工分析,验证了框架托换方式的可行性,通过加强重点关键部位确保框架托换拆墙安全可靠。为结构工程师进行类似项目设计提供参考。Combined with actual projects,this paper introduces the commonly used forms of joist and wall removal in the reinforcement and reconstruction of masonry structures,and expounds the application,advantages and disadvantages of each form.Taking the renovation of a school dormitory building into an office building,the design process of joist demolition and wall demolition is summarized by demolishing local bearing brick walls to obtain large space.The stage construction conditions simulate and analyze the entire construction process of joist construction and wall demolition,visually show the transfer and transfer of the upper wall load between the components during the construction process,and analyze the internal force of the underpinning components and the original under each construction step.The stress of the wall is summarized and analyzed,so as to summarize the matters needing attention in the design process of joist demolition and the parts that need to be strengthened.Through the finite element stage construction analysis,the feasibility of the frame underpinning method is verified,and the safety and reliability of the frame underpinning and wall demolition are ensured by strengthening key key parts.Provide reference for structural engineers to design similar projects.
