摘 要:为研究一种超高性能有机纤维增强水泥基复合材料在低温状态下的力学性能和耐久性能,分别设计了低温状态下的抗压强度试验、低温状态下的劈裂抗拉试验、冻融循环作用下的抗压强度试验以及劈裂抗拉强度试验、弯曲韧性试验,每组试验包含了3个试件,并设置了对照组。试验结果表明该种有机纤维增强水泥基复合材料在低温状态下的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度都有所增加,在冻融循环作用下的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度都呈现的不同程度的下降,但无明显质量损失。弯曲韧性试验显示了该种材料的延性较差,建议增加纤维长度和提高纤维掺量。在后续试验中,应设置更多梯度的温度,便于更加细致的观察材料强度属性随温度变化的整体趋势。同时,应对该种材料制成的室外景观产品进行试验研究。In order to study the mechanical properties and durability of an ultra-high performance organic fiber reinforced cement-based composite material at low temperature,the compressive strength test at low temperature,the splitting tensile test at low temperature,and the freeze-thaw test were designed in this paper.For the compressive strength test,splitting tensile strength test,and bending toughness test under cyclic action,each group of experiments included 3specimens,and a control group was set up.The test results showed that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the organic fiber reinforced cement-based composite material increased at low temperature,and the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength under the action of freeze-thaw cycles showed the same value.Different degrees of decline,but no obvious quality loss.The flexural toughness test showed that the ductility of this material is poor,and it is recommended to increase the fiber length and increase the fiber content.In subsequent experiments,more gradient temperatures should be set to facilitate a more detailed observation of the overall trend of material strength properties with temperature.At the same time,experimental research should be carried out on outdoor landscape products made of this material.
