摘 要:西安某医院项目,地上两座医疗综合楼,中间设有连廊,项目设置2层地下室。南侧医疗综合楼设置为门诊楼,结构最大屋面高度23.2m,采用框架结构体系;北侧医疗综合楼设置为住院楼,结构屋面高度56.7m,采用框架-抗震墙结构体系。首先对项目的结构分缝方案进行了介绍。随后,对主体结构的基础形式及其抗浮设计进行了分析。最后,对结构选型和结构不规则控制措施进行了系统论证。研究及设计结果表明:通过合理设置结构防震缝,选取合适的地基基础形式,针对结构单体的不规则项进行对应的措处理施,可以有效地改善整体结构的工作性能,结构设计整体合理、安全且经济。In a hospital project in Xi’an,there are two medical buildings on the ground,with a corridor in the middle.The project is equipped with a two-story basement.The south medical building is set as an outpatient building,with the maximum structural height of 23.2m,and adopts frame structure system;The medical building on the north side is an inpatient building,with a structural roof height of 56.7m and a frame-shear wall structural system.Firstly,this paper introduces the structural joint scheme of the project.Then,the foundation form of the main structure and its anti-uplift design are analyzed.Finally,this paper systematically demonstrates the structural selection and structural irregularity control measures.The research and design results show that the working performance of the overall structure can be effectively improved by reasonably setting the structural seismic joint,selecting the appropriate form of foundation and taking corresponding measures for the irregular items of the single structure.The overall structural design is reasonable,safe and economic rationality.
