摘  要:毗邻市政基础设施的基坑变形控制是围护结构设计的重要内容,需要进行变形预测和方案比选。以杭州市某管涵基坑围护方案比选为例,提出悬臂式分级支挡和支撑式单级支挡两种围护结构加固方案。采用数值模拟的方法,建立两种基坑围护方案的三维模型,对基坑开挖引起的围护结构侧向位移和地表沉降及影响范围进行了分析。计算结果表明,悬臂式围护结构受基坑开挖的影响显著,地表沉降影响范围为2.25倍基坑开挖深度,围护结构侧向位移和地表沉降均超出安全控制(≤0.2%H,且≤30mm)要求。支撑式围护结构下,基坑侧向位移和地表沉降较小,管涵结构浇筑工况下地表沉降最大值为1.9mm,现场监测结果和数值模拟结果一致,证明了方案具有良好的变形控制效果,研究成果可为管涵基坑工程变形控制结构设计提供借鉴。The deformation control of foundation pit adjacent to municipal infrastructure is an important content of retaining structure design, which needs deformation prediction and scheme comparison. Taking the comparison and selection of foundation pit retaining schemes of a pipe culvert in Hangzhou as an example, two retaining structure reinforcement schemes of cantilever graded retaining and braced single-stage retaining are proposed. Using the method of numerical simulation, the three-dimensional models of two foundation pit retaining schemes are established, and the lateral displacement of retaining structure, surface settlement and influence range caused by foundation pit excavation are analyzed. The calculation results show that the cantilever retaining structure is significantly affected by the excavation of foundation pit, the influence range of surface settlement is 2.25 times the excavation depth of foundation pit, and the lateral displacement and surface settlement of retaining structure exceed the requirements of safety control(≤ 0.2% H and ≤ 30 mm). Under the supporting retaining structure, the lateral displacement and surface settlement of the foundation pit are small, and the maximum surface settlement under the pouring condition of the pipe culvert structure is 1.9 mm.The field monitoring results are consistent with the numerical simulation results, which proves that the scheme has good deformation control effect. The research results can provide reference for the deformation control structure design of pipe culvert foundation pit engineering.
