摘  要:钢结构闭口截面柱的竖向连接通常采用传统的全熔透焊接的方式,该方式存在效率低、成本高、污染重等问题,为解决竖向构件的高效装配难题,提出箱形柱芯筒式法兰连接节点,对芯筒与柱壁间设置塞焊和未设置塞焊的箱形柱芯筒式法兰连接节点进行拟静力试验,通过试验现象、恢复力模型、典型部位应变和法兰连接处螺栓预拉力研究节点的力学性能。研究表明:箱形柱芯筒式法兰连接节点能够在保证节点力学性能的同时实现竖向构件的高效装配,塞焊的设置能够加强芯筒与柱壁间的联系,充分发挥芯筒的作用,减小法兰连接区域应变和法兰板间开口大小,降低螺栓的预拉力损失,改善连接处螺栓群的受力状态,提高节点的刚度和承载力。对于施工现场允许少量焊接的情况,可采用设置塞焊的方式提高节点的力学性能,增加安全储备。The vertical connection of box-shaped section steel columns usually adopt traditional full penetration welding method, which indicates the problems such as low efficiency, high cost and heavy pollution. In order to achieve highly efficient assembly of vertical components, box-shaped column flange connection achieved by core sleevewas proposed.Box-shaped column flange connection achieved by core sleeve with plug welding and without plug welding were designed to conduct the pseudo-static tests. The test phenomenon, the restoring force model, the strain of typical position and the pretension of high strength bolts at the flange connection are embodied and analyzed to explore the mechanical properties of the connection. The tests results show that box-shaped column flange connection achieved by core sleeve can realize the efficient assembly of vertical members as well as ensure the excellent mechanical properties of the connections. The setting of plug welding could strengthen the connection between the core sleeve and the column wall,make the core sleeve work at full capacity, reduce the strain and deformation of the flange connection, reduce the pretension loss of the bolts, and hence improve the force state of the bolt group, and increase the stiffness and bearing capacity of the connection. When a small amount of welding is allowed on the construction site, plug weld can be used to improve the mechanical performance and simultaneously increase the safety reserve.
