摘　　要：某住宅建在深厚回填土上,以强夯后的地基土为持力层,产生不均匀沉降,主体结构开裂。针对该房屋具体情况,采用托换加固方法,改变原有基础的传力路径,并制定可靠的施工措施,为同类工程提供基础设计及加固的新思路。A residence was built on the thick backfill soil foundation,the bearing layer was the foundation soil treated by the dynamic compaction,uneven settlement and crack of the main structure occurred.According to the specific situation of the house,the improvement for underpinning method is adopted to change the force transmission path of the foundation,and reliable construction measures are formulated,and provide a new idea for foundation design and reinforcement in similar projects.
