摘  要:高压电力电缆支架设计需要考虑因素复杂,尤其是在330kV的长距离超高压电缆工程中,更需要结合工程的实际需求开展支架的精细化设计研究。从西安东北部330千伏架空输电线路迁改落地工程的需求出发,研究330kV高压电缆支架的材质选型和结构选型,并在分析电缆敷设、运行和检修等不同阶段的需求的基础上,提出330kV高压电缆支架各类荷载的计算公式和取值大小,在此基础上所依托工程的330kV高压电缆的支架进行精细化设计,最后通过有限元软件对支架的内支撑布置进行优化分析,优化支架内的应力分布,提高其安全性和可靠性,为工程的建设提供依据,也为相关工程的建设提供参考。The design of high-voltage power cable supports needs to consider complex factors,especially in the 330 kV long-distance ultra-high-voltage cable project,it is necessary to carry out the refined design research of the support in accordance with the actual needs of the project.Starting from the needs of the 330 kV overhead transmission line in the northeast of Xi’an,the material selection and structure selection of the 330 kV high-voltage cable support are studied,and on the basis of analyzing the needs of different stages of cable laying,operation and maintenance,The calculation formulas and values of various loads of 330 kV high-voltage cable brackets are proposed.On this basis,the 330 kV high-voltage cable brackets of the project are refined design,and finally the internal support arrangement of the brackets is optimized through finite element software.The stress distribution in the bracket improves its safety and reliability,provides a basis for the construction of the project,and also provides a reference for the construction of related projects.
