摘 要:廊坊市"只有红楼梦"A5剧场屋面为圆形钢桁架结构,为保障结构的施工安全和安装精度,采用MIDAS软件分步建模技术对结构吊装和胎架卸载全过程进行模拟分析,结果表明:对于有胎架支撑的钢结构安装施工,应通过有限元整体建模的方法,分析支撑胎架的侧向安全性能;卸载阶段计算确定临时支撑的卸载顺序和各步卸载位移量;最后分析了卸载过程中构件挠度和应力的变化过程、应力最大值的杆件位置,检验该施工方案满足设计和规范的要求。The roof of A5 Theatre of"Only Red Chamber Dream"in Langfang city is a circular steel truss structure.In order to ensure the construction safety and installation accuracy of the structure,the whole process of lifting and unloading of the structure is simulated and analyzed by using MIDAS software step-by-step modeling technology.The results show that the installation and construction of steel structure supported by the frame should be carried out through the following steps:Finite element integral modeling method is used to analyze the lateral safety performance of support frame;the unloading sequence of temporary support and the unloading displacement of each step are calculated and determined during unloading stage;finally,the process of component deflection and stress change and the position of member with maximum stress in unloading process are analyzed to verify that the construction scheme meets the design and specifications.Requirement.
