摘　　要：装配式建筑推广的优势为标准化、高效、节能。结合传统装配式剪力墙体系在吊装、连接方面的劣势,本低多层项目通过采用竖向钢筋单排连接、水平钢筋采用可弯折锚环及减小后浇段长度及后插竖向钢筋数量的装配式剪力墙新连接体系,充分发挥了装配式建筑标准化、施工效率高的优势,对低多层装配式剪力墙住宅的方案选择具有一定参考意义。The advantages of prefabricated building are standardization,high efficiency and energy saving.Considering the disadvantages of the traditional assembled shear wall system in hoisting and connection,this low-rise project adopts a single-row-connection of vertical steel bars,a bendable anchor ring for horizontal steel bars,and reduces the length of the back pouring section and the vertical insertion.This new connection system of prefabricated shear wall fully utilizes the advantages of standardization and high construction efficiency of prefabricated building,and has reference significance for the choice of low-rise residence.
