泽苓调脂茶治疗痰浊阻遏型血脂异常临床疗效及对肝肾功能和血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察泽苓调脂茶治疗痰浊阻遏型血脂异常的临床疗效及对肝肾功能和血液流变学的影响。方法将我院收治的120例痰浊阻遏型血脂异常患者随机分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组单纯给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组给予泽苓调脂茶联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,两组均连续治疗24周。比较两组治疗后第24周总有效率和两组患者治疗前、治疗后第12周和第24周血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]、中医证候总积分、肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)1肾功能指标[血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)1血液流变学指标(血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积)及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后第24周,观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)治疗后第12和24周,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平和总中医证候总积分均低于对照组,HDL-C水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);血浆黏度等血液流变学指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);ALT、AST、Scr和BUN水平与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05);且两组患者治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论泽苓调脂茶可以明显提高患者临床治疗疗效,调节患者血脂水平,改善其中医证候和血液流变学异常且不会影响肝肾功能,安全性较高。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Zeling Tiaozhi Tea on dyslipidemia of sputum stasis type and its effects on liver-kidney function and hemorheology.Methods A total of 120 patients with dyslipidemia of sputum stasis type were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet,while observation group was treated with Zeling Tiaozhi Tea on the basis of control group.Both groups were continuously treated for 24 weeks.The total response rate of treatment on the 24 th week after treatment,blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],total score of TCM syndrome,liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST)],renal function indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)],hemorheology[plasma viscosity erythrocyte aggregation index(EA1),fibrinogen,bematocrit(HCT)]and occurrence of adverse reactions before treatment,on the 12 th and24 th week after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results On the 24 th week after treatment,the total response rates of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);on the 12 th and 24 th weeks after treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C,and total score of TCM syndromes in observation group were lower than those in control group,while HDL-C level was higher than that in control group(P<0.05);hemorheological indexes such as plasma viscosity in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in levels of ALT AST,Scr and BUN between the two groups(P>0.05);there was no significant adverse reactions during treatment period in either group.Conclusion Zeling Tiaozhi Tea can significantly improve clinical curative effect regulate blood lipid level of patients improve TCM syndromes and hemorrheology abnormalities,and will not affect the l
