摘 要:前文报道了钴(Ⅱ)-丁二酮肟(DMG)体系极谱催化波的机理,本文研究的是镍(Ⅱ)-DMG体系的行为.利用Ni(Ⅱ)-DMG极谱催化波测定痕量镍的方法在生物及岩矿石中应用较多,且可同时测定痕量镍、钴.In the nickel(Ⅱ)-dimethylglyoxime(DMG)-NH3-NH4Cl(pH 9)system,Ni(Ⅱ)(DMG)2,is adsorbed on the mercury electrode surface and a sensitive polarographic catalyticcurrent is exhibited.The characteristics of the catalytic current have beeninvestigated by several menthods.The experimental evidences showed that a zero-valence“active nickel”is formed during the reduction of Ni(Ⅱ)(DMG)2,similar to the“active cobalt”in the Co(Ⅱ)-DMG system,and simultaneously DMG is catalyticallyreduced by the“active nickel”.However the nickel-DMG system differs from the cobalt-DMG system in several aspects:(1)the difference of the structure between Ni(Ⅱ)-DMGand Co(Ⅱ)-DMG complex;(2)Ni(Ⅱ)(DMG)2 has stronger adsorbability on the mercuryelectrode surface than that of Co(Ⅱ)(DMG)2,and(3)Ni(0)gives a stripping peak at-0.96V,while that of Co(0)is at-0.2V.
