摘　　要：铋(Ⅲ)试剂(BiX_(3),X=Cl,Br,NO_(3),OTf等)作为一种高效、廉价、环境温和的Lewis酸,其催化的各种有机转化反应近年受到研究者们的普遍关注。杂环化合物普遍存在于天然产物且是很多市售药物分子的骨架单元。综述了近5年来铋(Ⅲ)试剂作为催化剂在各类有机转换反应以及生物活性杂环化合物合成方面的应用,同时对铋(Ⅲ)试剂新的应用领域进行了展望。Bismuth(Ⅲ)compounds(BiX_(3),X=Cl,Br,NO_(3)and OTf etc.)are an efficient,cheap,environmentally benign Lewis acidic catalyst for the diverse organic transformations.Heterocycles are very common in natural compounds and are the vital structural building blocks subunit of many marketed drug molecules.This review summarizes the applications of bismuth(Ⅲ)reagent as a catalyst in organic reactions and synthesis of heterocycles with a variety of diverse biological activities in recent 5 years.Moreover,the new application fields of Bi(Ⅲ)reagent are prospected.
