摘　　要：为了确定单元地价与土地级别的关系,论文通过实地调查水田样点数据,采用线性模型拟和,利用SPSS分析,基于耕地定级成果,获取耕地定级成果与水田基准地价的关系。测算结果表明,耕地定级成果越高,基准地价越高。In order to determine the relationship between unit land price and land level, this paper conducted field investigation on paddy field sample point data, used linear model to fit and SPSS to analyze, and obtained the relationship between cultivated land grading results and paddy field benchmark land price. The results show that the higher the grading level of the cultivated land is, the higher the benchmark land price will be.
