摘　　要：纪律严明是人民军队的政治特色和优良传统。抗战胜利前后,中共晋察冀分局针对军区部队存在忽视群众工作、纪律松懈、入城纪律制度不健全等突出问题加强纪律建设,通过开展纪律教育,纠正错误思想、强化纪律观念;严格纪律管理,消除违纪现象、凝聚战斗力量;健全入城纪律,弥补制度漏洞、巩固铁的纪律。晋察冀军区部队的纪律建设保障了扩大解放区、抗日反攻作战任务的顺利实现,为新时代人民军队的纪律建设提供了重要历史经验。Strict discipline is a political characteristic and fine tradition of the people’s army.Before and after the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,Jin-Cha-Ji Sub-bureau of the Communist Party of China strengthened discipline building in response to the conspicuous problems of the military region’s troops,such as neglecting mass work,lax discipline,and imperfect discipline systems to enter cities,and correct erroneous thinking and strengthen the concept of discipline through conducting discipline education.Strict discipline management eliminated violations of discipline and unite combat forces and improved the discipline to enter the city,make up for the loopholes in the system and consolidate the iron discipline.The discipline building of the troops of Jin-Cha-Ji Military Region ensured the smooth realization of the tasks of expanding the liberated areas and resisting Japan and counteroffensive operations,and it provides important historical experience for the discipline building of the people’s army in the new era.
