摘　　要：在中国共产党领导下,工农运动孕育了多种形式的金融组织,“工”字银元催动红色金融萌芽。中央苏区时期,赣南闽西先后创设多家金融机构,成立中华苏维埃共和国国家银行,通过苏币发行、信贷投放、公债发行兑付业务,筹集财政用费,提供军事给养,发展苏区经济。抗战时期,中国共产党创造性地发行光华券、边币和流通券,并同法币及日伪杂钞劣币进行斗争。解放战争时期,按先区域、再整体的次序完成货币统一,建立起具有中国特色的金融体系。Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the workers’and peasants’movement gave birth to various forms of financial organizations,and the silver dollar of the word“Gong”prompted the budding of red finance.During the period of the Central Soviet Region,Gannan and Minxi successively created a number of financial institutions and established the National Bank of the Chinese Soviet Republic,which raised financial expenses,provided military supplies,and developed the economy of the Soviet Union by the issuance of Soviet coins,credit delivery and the issuance and payment of public bonds.During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Communist Party of China creatively issued Guanghua bills,side currency,and circulation coupons,and fought against legal tenders and Japanese counterfeit and miscellaneous banknotes.During the Liberation War,monetary unification was completed in the order of pre-regional and holistic order.The socialist financial system with Chinese characteristics was established.
