摘　　要：以7-氨基-3-甲基-3-头孢烯-4-羧酸(7-ADCA)为起始原料,与(Z)-2-(2-氨基噻唑-4-基)-2-乙酰氧亚氨基硫代乙酸(S)-2-苯并噻唑酯(地尼活性酯)进行酰化反应、水解得到头孢地尼原料药中杂质3-甲基头孢地尼,总收率达39.69%,并对合成的3-甲基头孢地尼进行了结构表征与确证。3-Methyl cefdinir was prepared uaing 7-Amino-3-methyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid(7-ADCA)as the starting material and S-thio-benzothiazole-(Z)-2-(2-aminothiazole-4-yl-)-acetoxy imine acetate(cefdinir side chain active ester)as starting materials through reactions including acylation and hydrolysis with a total molar yield of 39.69%.The structurec of 3-methyl cefdinir was confirmed.
