疫情常态化背景下防疫工作中的警民冲突问题及对策探究

摘　　要：随着我国新冠肺炎疫情的防控工作步入常态化阶段,防疫工作已逐渐成为公安机关及其人民警察日常警务活动外的必要勤务。基于防疫工作产生的警民冲突对和谐警民关系的构建以及防疫工作的正常开展提出了挑战。梳理防疫工作中警民冲突的具体表现形式、归纳此类冲突的特点以及冲突生成的机理和原因、探究应对此类冲突的相关策略,对构建和谐警民关系、保障国家防疫工作的推进以及维护公安机关及其人民警察的良好形象具有重要意义。As the prevention and control of COVID-19 in China has stepped into the normalization stage,epidemic prevention has gradually become a necessary service outside the daily policing activities of public security organs and their police.The conflict between the police and the people based on the epidemic prevention work poses a challenge to the construction of a harmonious relationship between the police and the people and the normal development of the epidemic prevention work.Sorting out the specific forms of police-people conflicts in epidemic prevention,summarizing the characteristics of such conflicts,the mechanism and causes of conflicts,and exploring the relevant strategies to deal with such conflicts are of great significance to building a harmonious relationship between the police and the people,ensuring the promotion of national epidemic prevention and maintaining the good image of public security organs and their people’s police.
