纤维水泥基自密实补强材料流动性能试验研究

摘  要:首先通过调整组分在不加入纤维的情况下使水泥基自密实补强材料具有良好的流动性能和早强性能,然后再加入纤维并调整组分使其流动性能满足要求。结果表明,纤维掺量为0.30、0.50、0.70 kg/m^(3)时,PP纤维和PVA纤维初始流动度降低幅度分别为12.90%和6.90%、18.20%和24.80%、30.10%和33.10%。纤维掺量为0.70 kg/m^(3)时,材料可以获得良好的流动性。给出了纤维掺量与流动度的关系公示。适当延长搅拌时间,可以使纤维的分散效果更理想。Firstly,the cement-based self-compacting reinforcing material has good flow performance and early strength performance by adjusting the component without adding fiber.Then the fibers are added and the components are adjusted to meet the flow requirements.The results show that when the fiber content was 0.30,0.50 and 0.70 kg/m^(3),the initial fluidity of PP and PVA fibers decreases by 12.90%and 6.90%,18.20%and 24.8%,30.10%and 33.10%,respectively.When the fiber content is 0.70 kg/m^(3),the material can obtain good fluidity.The relationship between fiber content and fluidity is given in this paper.Proper prolonging of mixing time can make the dispersion effect of fiber more ideal.
