摘  要:为了研究橡胶颗粒对混凝土抗冲磨性能的影响,以C60混凝土和超高性能混凝土(UHPC)为对象,分别掺入15%的橡胶颗粒研究其抗冲磨性能的变化规律,并结合SEM观察微观结构。结果表明:掺入15%的橡胶颗粒普通混凝土与UHPC混凝土的抗压强度分别降低了24.50%、26.90%;UHPC表现出优异的抗冲磨性能,其抗冲磨性能是C60混凝土的3.084倍;橡胶颗粒能够有效地提高混凝土的抗冲磨强度,在普通混凝土和UHPC中掺入15%的橡胶颗粒,其抗冲磨强度分别提高了140.20%、11.50%。In order to study the influence of rubber particles on the impact abrasion resistance of concrete,the following experiments were carried out.Taking C60 concrete and ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC)as objects,15%rubber particles were added respectively to study the change law of impact abrasion resistance,and the microstructure was observed by SEM.The results show the following three points.First,the compressive strength of ordinary concrete and UHPC concrete mixed with 15%rubber particles is reduced by 24.50%and 26.90%respectively.UHPC shows excellent impact abrasion resistance,which is 3.084 times higher than that of C60 concrete.Rubber particles can effectively improve the impact abrasion strength of concrete.Adding 15%rubber particles into ordinary concrete and UHPC can increase the impact abrasion strength by 140.20%and 11.50%respectively.
