摘 要:以天水市为研究区域,以区域内7个监测点2013—2017年饮用水源常规指标监测结果为依据,采用内梅罗综合指数法对各监测点水质进行了评价,并应用水环境健康风险评价模型评价了各监测点健康风险.结果表明,5年间天水市西十里、慕滩、武山、清水的4个监测点地下水F值在2.13—2.20之间,质量级别属良好,甘谷、秦安的2个监测点F值在4.29—7.14之间,质量级别属较差;化学致癌物健康风险在0.944×10-5—1.932×10-5 a-1之间,由大到小依次为:张家川>慕滩>西十里>武山>秦安>甘谷>清水,均低于国际辐射防护委员会和美国环境保护署推荐的公众最大可接受风险水平,风险主要由Cr(Ⅵ)产生,占化学致癌物健康风险的63.28%—84.85%;非致癌物健康风险在5.453×10-9—1.777×10-8 a-1之间,主要由硝酸盐、氟化物、铅产生,远低于化学致癌物健康风险,所以应重点关注包括Cr(Ⅵ)在内的化学致癌物健康风险.To investigate the municipal water quality and the human health risks in Tianshui City, several regular water quality indexes in 7 sampling sites were measured and analyzed from 2013 to 2017. The municipal water quality was analyzed by means of Nemerow index. The health risks were assessed by using a human health risk assessment model. It turned out the comprehensive evaluation score of drinking water of Xishili, Mutan, Wushan and Qingshui ranged from 2.13 to 2.20, which fell into the good bracket,while the score of Gangu and Qin′an ranged from 4.29 to 7.14, which fell to the lowest bracket. The chemical carcinogens health risk were ranged from 0.944×10-5 a-1 to 1.932×10-5 a-1 in descending order of Zhangjiachuan, Mutan, Xishili, Wushan, Qin′an, Gangu,Qingshui.The risk was lower than the maximum acceptable risk level recommended by the International Commission on radiation Protection(ICRP) and the United States Environmental Protection Agency(EPA). The health risk of chemical carcinogens was mainly caused by Cr(Ⅵ), accounting from 63.28% to 84.85%. The Non-carcinogenic health risk mainly caused by Nitrate, Fluoride and Pb ranged from 5.453×10-9 a-1 to 1.777×10-8 a-1, which is much lower than that of chemical carcinogens. Therefore, the health risk of chemical carcinogens, including Cr(Ⅵ), should be paid more attention.
