摘 要:重点介绍了一种自主创新研发的“MBR-DF”双膜新水源技术及其在高原湖泊污水处理中的应用。该技术集成MBR强化脱氮技术、超低压选择性纳滤(DF)膜技术及浓水高级氧化技术,可高效去除水中有机污染物、氮、磷等污染物,出水水质稳定达到GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》Ⅲ类(湖、库标准),同时回收率可达100%,无外排浓水。“MBR-DF”双膜新水源技术已在云南洱海流域、滇池流域、首都水系等水环境敏感地区成功应用,本文介绍了该技术在云南高原地区洱源新水源厂的应用及优化情况。通过该技术应用,洱源县新水源厂出水总氮低于1.0mg/L,总磷低于0.05mg/L,通过运行优化,电耗、药耗和滤芯更换费用分别由0.96 k W·h/m^(3)、0.69元/m^(3)、0.1元/m^(3)降至0.70 k W·h/m^(3)、0.48元/m^(3)、0.05元/m^(3)。“MBR-DF”双膜新水源技术在洱源新水源厂的成功应用,实现了污水的高品质资源化,为水环境敏感地区和高原湖泊的治理提供了新的思路。The focus is on an independently innovatively developed"MBR-DF"double-membrane new water source technology,which fully utilizes the efficient biological treatment of enhanced denitrification MBR technology,the selective separation characteristics of ultra-low pressure selective nanofiltration(DF)membrane technology and advanced oxidation technology of concentrated water.It can efficiently remove pollutants such as organic pollutants,nitrogen,and phosphorus,and the effluent quality is stable and superior to Class III(lakes and reservoirs)in the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB3838-2002)Library standards,with no concentrated water discharged.This technology has been successfully applied in Erhai Lake Basin,Dianchi Lake Basin,capital water system,and other environment-sensitive areas.Among them,the application of the Er-yuan New Water Source Plant is introduced.The total nitrogen of effluent is stably less than 1.0 mg/L,and the total phosphorus is stably less than 0.05 mg/L.Optimization achieved significant operating cost reduction.The electricity consumption,dosage consumption,and filter replacement costs decreased from 0.96 kW·h/m^(3),0.69¥/m^(3),and 0.1¥/m^(3),respectively,to 0.70 kW·h/m^(3),0.48¥/m^(3),and 0.05¥/m^(3),respectively.The successful application of“MBR-DF”double-membrane new water source technology in Er-yuan has realized the high-quality reclamation of sewage,providing an available approach for sewage treatment in the plateau lake area.
