摘 要:本文从吹填材料粒径的角度出发,通过绞刀头的优化而实现吹填材料的团块化,由黏土团块吹填而成地基,因其团块粒径较大而使得吹填地基呈现新的特征。通过工程现场的黏土团块吹填技术实施,测量了海上黏土团块的物理特征,测试了黏土团块的土体强度,并现场观测吹填土体的自然沉降过程,待沉降基本稳定后,以静力触探法测定了吹填土层与下覆地基的强度。结果显示:基于黏土团块吹填技术所形成的土层在吹填后4~5 d内迅速沉降而主固结基本完成,施工机械可安全进入吹填区域;经过2个半月的自然固结沉降,吹填地基的承载力增加并趋于稳定状态。黏土团块吹填技术能快速成陆,可大大提升吹填材料的资源化利用效率,利于节能减碳、生态环保,有着良好的应用前景。In this paper,the grain size of the dredge fill material was considered,and the dredge fill clay was broken into blocks by optimizing the cutterhead of the cutter suction dredger.The large size of the clay blocks brings new characteristics to the foundation filled with the dredge blocky clay.In a practical engineering project,the physical properties of the newly filled blocky clay were tested.The natural in-situ settlement process of the blocky clay was observed.The strength of the dredge fill and the sludge foundation underneath was tested with cone penetration test(CPT)after the settlement became stable.The results showed that the newly filled blocky clay settled at a remarkable rate within 4 to 5 days after filling and the main settlement process completed,enabling the construction staff and machinery to enter the site safely.After the dredge fill consolidated for over 2.5 months,the strength of the dredge fill rose remarkably and became stable.The blocky clay dredge fill technique enables fast land reclamation and rises remarkably the reuse efficiency of dredge fill material.This technique is beneficial to energy saving,carbon emission reduction,and ecological protection,and bears a promising future in practical application.
