摘　　要：高校危机管理乃至内部治理中的潜隐问题在新冠肺炎疫情期间充分暴露,不同主体认知区隔和价值错位形成的观念冲突,学生个体权益表达与“家长制”管理模式的行为差异,行政化对多元治理制度的消解是其中的主要原因。结合危机情境的时代特征,改进高校危机管理需摆脱对传统策略的路径依赖,以具体情境中真实的人为根本,在不同主体认知互动中平衡社会观念变迁和管理理念更迭,不断优化和完善高校多元治理结构和制度。The crisis management in universities and the latent problems in the universities’internal governance are exposed in the COVID-19pandemic.There’re conceptual conflicts and behavioral differences between different subjects in universities,as well as the decomposition of multiple governance system.To get rid of the traditional path dependence,in such an uncertain era,improving crisis management in universities should be based on real individuals in specific contexts;understanding and interaction between managers and students should be strengthened at the conceptual level;meanwhile,the multiple governance structure should be improved at the institutional level.
