摘  要:针对某星载监视测量系统拍摄帧频高、图像数据量庞大但数据下行能力不足的特点,介绍了一种基于NAND FLASH的新型非易失性高帧频大容量CMOS相机系统的设计方案。该方案选用Onsemi公司生产的IBIS5-1300作为图像传感器,NAND FLASH作为存储介质,以FPGA作为控制核心,对图像传感器进行可编程开窗及采用并行存储阵列技术,实现了最高40fps帧频下640x512尺寸图像的实时采样,最多可存储1600帧图像,满足了系统数据大容量和高速存储的要求。相机具备图像检索功能,可通过LVDS接口输出任意指定帧计数的图像给计算机。实测结果表明相机系统驱动合理,存储图像数据正确,与计算机通信正常,运行稳定可靠。According to the characteristic of the high frame frequency,the large amount of data and low transfer rate in some space-borne monitor system,This paper introduces the design of a new kind CMOS camera with high rate and large capacity based on NAND FLASH.The design is developed to meet the demanding requests such as non-volatile,high rate and bulky storing by using IBIS5-1300 produced by Onsemi company as the image sensor and NAND FLASH memory as a storage medium and FPGA for the control core of system.The frame frequency of the camera is 40fps and the capability is 1600 frames by programmable windowing in the sensor and using a parallel memory array.The camera has file-searching function by outputing images to computer by LVDS interface in any specified frames and any specified frame number.The experimental result shows that its driving timing is proper,its stored data is correct,its communication with computer is effective and the system can operate stably and reliably.
