摘 要:为了改善Ti-6Al-4V合金的力学性能、耐蚀及抗菌性能,运用磁控溅射技术在医用Ti-6Al-4V合金表面沉积了医用Cu_(j)O-MTa_(n)O_(m)/Ta_(n)O_(m)/Ta_(n)O_(m)-TiO_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti多层涂层(代号Cu_(j)O-MTa_(n)O_(m)),并采用SEM、AFM、XRD、接触角测试仪、纳米压痕仪、电化学工作站和平板计数法等手段分析沉积涂层的表面形貌、物相组成、润湿性、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能和抗菌性能。研究结果表明,Cu_(j)O-MTa_(n)O_(m)多层涂层结构均匀致密,未发现微孔或微裂纹等结构缺陷,物相表现为非晶态。相比于Ti-6Al-4V合金,Cu_(j)O-MTa_(n)O_(m)多层涂层试样的接触角值增大4°,硬度和弹性模量分别增幅29%和35%,腐蚀电流密度下降93%,抗菌率为100%,表现出良好的力学性能、耐腐性能和抗菌性能,能对Ti-6Al-4V合金起到良好的防腐、防菌效果。To improve the mechanical,corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties of Ti-6Al-4V alloy,medical Cu_(j)O-MTa_(n)O_(m)/Ta_(n)O_(m)/Ta_(n)O_(m)-TiO_(2)/TiO_(2)/Ti multilayer coating(codenamed Cu_(j)O-MTa_(n)O_(m))was deposited on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy by magnetron sputtering technique.The surface morphology,phase composition,wettability,mechanical properties,corrosion resistance and antibacterial properties of the deposited coatings were analyzed by SEM,AFM,XRD contact angle tester,nanoindenter tester,electrochemical workstation and plate-counting approach.The results show that the surface of the Cu_(j)O-MTa_(n)O_(m)multilayer coating is uniform and dense,with no defections such as micropore or microcrack,and its phase composition is amorphous.Compared to Ti-6Al-4V alloy,the contact angle value of the Cu_(j)O-MTa_(n)O_(m)multilayer coating sample increased by 4°,the hardness and elastic modulus increase by 29%and 35%respectively,the corrosion current density decrease by 93%,and the antibacterial rate is 100%,suggesting good mechanical anti-corrosion and antibacterial properties,which can play a good anti-corrosion and antibacterial effect on Ti-6Al-4V alloy.
