摘　　要：本文以《民法典》开启我国法典化的新时代和法典化实践的热潮起笔,介绍了法典的定义、模式、我国法典立法现状;从政治优势、现实需求、充分条件、重大意义、国内外立法借鉴、立法难度等6个方面,对我国编纂海关法典的可行性进行了评估;并对编纂海关法典的指导思想、基本原则、思路方法、框架内容4个方面进行了设想和建议。This paper begins with the Civil Code,which opens a new era of codification in China and the upsurge of codification practice.It introduces the definition,model and current situation of codification legislation in China.And then it evaluates the feasibility of compiling a Customs code from the perspectives of political advantages,realistic demand,sufficient conditions,significance,domestic and foreign legislation for reference and difficulty of legislation,and puts forward some ideas and suggestions on the codification in respect of guiding ideology,basic principle,train of thought method,framework and content.
